Palm OTDR OT-8630 ima dvije valne duljine, to je optički reflektometar za mjerenje (OTDR) koji detektira razne problema prilikom spajanja vlakana. Otkriva greške na optičkom vlaknu i prikazuje rezultate na LCD color zaslonu. Palm OTDR je lagan, pouzdan i jednostavan za korištenje, stoga je idealan za testiranje pristupa i FTTx mreža. Aplikacija se koristi za za analizu podataka, obradu, skladištenje i izvještaje. Prijenos podataka na računalo je jednostavan uz Uz USB priključak.
